I ask questions and guide clients to uncover what's hidden within that needs to be seen and understood. you learn about your Vedic constitution in this lifetime by using ancient Ayurvedic techniques. 6 sessions - biweekly session over a period of 3 months.
This package allows clients to discover themselves, their soul's true desire and an action plan to get started in the best direction for you. You will receive personalized exercises, journal prompts, and additional resources.

12 sessions - weekly sessions over a period of 3 months. This package allows clients to discover their Soul's purpose and start embodying that Purpose by taking actions with my guidance/support. You will receive personalized exercises, journal prompts and additional resources.

One Day Retreat
This package is for clients who can meet in person. We will spend the day (9am - 4pm) together uncovering your gifts, talents, and desires to help you connect with your soul’s purpose. This day is filled with fun, self-discovery, moving through blocks/belief systems, and connecting with you soul’s true yearning.

About Me
I'm your guide in reaching your highest potential. I'll help you explore your inner truths, piece together life's puzzle and facilitate transformation towards your life's purpose. Recognizing that "we're all navigating life together, but with unique details shaping our paths," Humbles me and fosters empathy, creating my deep connection with others.
Fun Facts
I'm a mom to a 7-year-old daughter and a 4-year-old son. I love traveling the world. When I'm not coaching, you'll find me meditating, cooking and playing with my two kids. I love to read spiritual and romcom books, going for walks, practicing Pilates/yoga, and sipping chai tea lattes.
My Background
As a global citizen who moved from India to the US at the age of 17, I began my self-discovery journey early on in life. I am Certified in Hatha and Kundalini yoga, a reiki practitioner, and with 20+ years of corporate experience, I'm a lifelong learner. I am a sacred space holder who explores questions of identity, belonging and purpose.

Certifications
I am a certified Soul Purpose/Spiritual Life Coach from the Highest Self Institute, a Yoga Alliance Certified 500-hour Hatha Yoga teacher, Kundalini Teacher, and Certified Yoga Therapy coach as well. I use Pranayama (breathwork), mediation, and other yogic modalities to help my clients reach their full potential by maintaining an overall wellness. I am also a Certified *Reiki practitioner and use this healing energy to provide my clients holistic healing opportunity if they so desire. I also have a master's in international development & Global Supply Chain Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, Arizona.
